How is cingular cell phone reception in Western Nebraska??

in particular i want to know if anyone has cingular and lives in Western Nebraska. How do they like cingular, how is the signal strength, i see from the map they are a partner, so does that mean it switches to QWEST or some other provider ...Thanks
