Absolutely, you can.

Most of the "adults" in the world are doing exactly that.

Go buy yourself some expensive toys and recapture that youthful feeling!

If anyone tries to lock you up, just tell them you are still a minor, and they will call your parents to come get you.

Go for it, Mental D! ;-P

Is impossible to relive your childhood and be a kid again. Unless you have a time machine to transport yourself to the past to fix your weaknesses. Who are we to think that you are a lonney toon? You just make yourself feel bad! You can't expect life to be perfect, no matter childhood or adulthood. There someone out there who have life that is far more bad than you! People who lived in Third World countries are the best example! So, be grateful to whatever you have right now. Move on, and I'll be sure someday you'll realize that your childhood won't be that bad compared to the childrens who lead a poor life.

When we experience a bad childhood, we often do not get the things we needed as children from those who were suppose to give it to us, i.e. our parents. This can often lead us to maladaptive behaviors as adults, since we are seeking those things that we should have gotten as children in adulthood. These things can be attention, affection, love, etc..

I have a feeling that you may be trying to get the things in life now that you should have gotten when you were a child. So in many ways, you are still acting as a child as far as your emotions and feelings go.

With the aspect of acting like a child i.e. being silly, playing, doing things that you wish you did when you were young...there is nothing wrong with being young at heart. If you always wanted to run around the zoo and look at all the animals, then go for it! On the other hand if you are wanting to crawl around and talk in baby talk, then I don't think that the general population will look upon that as appropriate for someone that is an adult.

Unfortunately, there's no such thing as going back to relive a part of your life over again. However, you can come to terms with the fact that your childhood wasn't good but you are going to have the best life from here on out that you can possibly have. Live life to the fullest and enjoy each day. Of course, you are never too old to enjoy some of the things from our childhood, like going to the park, swinging, playing games, etc. So, be determined about what your life is going to be like going forward, forgive those from your past and carry on. Good luck to you.

Don't do it. You get two changes to have a parent/child relationship. Your first chance sucked, don't screw up your second chance.

You can never have it back. You can play the blame game all you want, but it won't get your anywhere. Best thing is to learn from it and not let it control you and further hurt your chances of a good life.

My friend. There s nothing wrong with being a child or act childishly. Im 28 now. As I get older i realize what a privelage it was and is to get a chance to be a child again. So, act on, don't worry about how people judge you. They don't know you. Only you know you. cheers.

Just make your adulthood better than your childhood.
