honestly i wouldnt want the job-you have huge shoes to fill and the weight of the show on your shoulders-if it fails it will all come down to the host change

Not yet. A lot of speculation going on, but CBS hasn't revealed it yet. Shouldn't be too much longer. It'll be all over the Tv and Internet when they name the replacement.
They're letting Barker get all the attention now after taping his final show....which is only right. And you know, whoever they name, someone won't like him/her.....and there'll be a lot of opinions given.

Not yet, I've hear Mark Stein, George Hamilton or Mario Lopez could be in the running. But those rumors have been around for a month or so.

Like DS9ST said, if the show fails it will come down to the new host. Could you imagine feeling like that. Whoever gets it has a HUGE responsibility to the viewers.
