Have your brother lay your his penis flat on the kitchen counter, get a cast iron skillet and smash the hell out of that boil. Make sure you have Lysol kitchen cleaner because they'll be puss to clean up.

campho phenic i believe its called can get it at the drug store. put it on it over night wrapped in gause by morning it will be a puss mess but it will be gone and no more pain. Although I'd imagine on the penis thats gonna be an interesting expierience.
