tell me about a true friend.

Everybody is over-looking a major point. Sure a friend is someone that helps you when you need it, but you know they are completely dedicated to you as a friend when the first come to you when they are in need! If they go elsewhere, then they don't consider you their most reliable resource. You might be a true friend, but unless they come to you first, then your not the truest friend to them! If they do...then you've got a friend to cherish! It has to flow both ways!

A true friend is someone who is always gonna be there 4 u no matter what, through the good times as well as the bad times and still sticks by your side, always keeping your best interest in mind, never giving up on you and who loves you and supports you, someone who never wants to see you down or hurt, someone who will be there when you need to lean on,someone who helps pick you up when or if you should ever fall. A friend spends time with you and who likes, and excepts you the way you are and who loves you ,faults and all !!!!!!!!!

A true friend is someone that is really hard to find.
They are a person that is ALWAYS there for you. Will pick you up when you're feeling down. Takes your side and helps you when you need it. Don't betray you. Tells you if something you are doing is wrong, but tells you in a kind-won't-hurt-you kind of way.

A true friend is someone you can say anything to without fear of being riduculed or of having it repeated without your permission. A true friend is there for you when you need a shoulder to cry on or someone to vent to or someone to celebrate with or just someone to hang out with. A true friend shows respect and knows it will be given in return. A true friend is there for you and also knows when to leave you alone. A true friend is someone who sees you exactly as you are and accepts you just that way. A true friend is someone who challenges you to be the best person you can be and is proud of you when you show progress. A true friend is someone you want to know for the rest of your life.

i think a true friend is some1 who is there 4 u no matter wat.they'll call u when ur upset without u even telling them a thing.they understand u completely.n u'll know u can trust them, come whatever may.n they'll b the 1st person u think of when u really need somebody.i can say this coz im lucky enough 2 have 1.

A true friend is somebody who is there for you til the end...no matter what...as the saying is...through thick and thin...your ups and downs...there is trust between the two of you...you can rely on each other...they don't judge you...they know you and you know them...(likes/dislikes...personality...), you got them on speed dial on your phone...lol..., you do stuff together(even if not all the time...because they may not even live in the same area as you)...they love you and you love them...and if they see you hurting yourself they tell you...because they love you and want to see you succeed...
T-Trust...them with everything incl your life
R-Ride or die friend
U-Unique(because not every friend is true)
E-Everlasting, they last a lifetime

A true friend is someone that is there for you in good times and bad. Someone that you know you can tell anything to and they will not tell anyone. One that won't talk you into doing something you feel is wrong.

HI, I think true friend mean " Friend is in need , Friend is deed." In bed time he will always in front of u & help u and in ur good time he will behind u. I think this there is no perfect word for true friend........... We can't put in one word.

A true friend....when my Gramma died a friend of mine sent over a chicken dinner so I would not have to cook that night.....doesn't sound like much except she and her husband were so broke that they ate potato soup for 2 days......I did not know this until later and only found out by accident......A true friend puts you before them self.....
