It depends on what type of food you're consuming and maintaining a sensable daily caloric intake. Seems fast food restaurants offer a few healthy selections nowadays. A regular diet of fresh salads and subs is a better alternative than burgers and fries, but too much of it regularly will eventually lead to overall weight gain.

Your lucky you must have a high metabolism. You can eat it because you don't have a wieght problem but you are probably young and if you continue to eat like that you will put the weight on. You can have it once in a while but not so much. Think about your health.

its ok if thats the way you are through genetics. if you make yourself thin, you will just keep getting thinner. you want to excercise to gain muscle and eat big meals. dont eat more than three meals a day though. just eat a lot in your meals until you get full, but dont eat fastfood too much. if its not making you any bigger, its just making you unhealthy.

No, fast food will cause your colersteral to go up. And just cuz your thin now does not mean that you'll always be that way, it will catch up to you. Fast food is just very unhealthy.

No, it's not safe. Studies are now finding that thin people who eat unhealthy food and don't exercise have more internal fat around their organs than overweight people who do exercise. Fat around your organs is very dangerous.

no... It dont matter..I read this article talking about fatty thin ppl. about heir bodies being 50-65% body Fat, and not much muscle..But, that is very unhealthy. you don't get that much nutrition. So, if you have fat...what do you do with it. excersice which will make u even thinner and ppl will start calling bulimic and anerxic. (dont know how to spell it)...so yeah. bad situation.

thin does not equal healthy. just because you're thin doesn't mean it's not messing with your heart and vasculature. you're probably depositing a lot of cholesterol in your blood vessels. that and you need fruits and veggies in your diet to be healthy.

Sure it's ok but don't overdo it. Fast food can still clog up your arteries.
