A zip code is a U.S. term to refer to a particular physical location. This, to me, looks more like a phone number, but it is written as phone numbers are written in other parts of the world, not in the U.S. (we don't use that plus sign). If it is a U.S. number, the first 3 numbers would be the area code, followed by the phone number itself. If not, it looks like a country code or city code to me.

is this a phone number? The first 2 or 3 digits after the + are normally the country code (eg 44 for the UK, 33 for France, 49 for Germany)
