About an hour a day and sometimes 2 hrs.
Anything above that and im getting pretty sad and withdrawn and therefore unable to answer questions from the basis of reality as im no longer living in reality but from ny head.

oh god i love this site i could stay on it all day if i was allowed.but sad to say a few hours in the afternoon if not to much on and about 3 hours maybe 4 at night but im on other sites at the same time .

I spend to much time on here in answers. Like a average of 5 hours. I am addicted i admit it am i one step closer to taking care of my addiction.
