Know any car hire place that let you hire a car when you've had a licence less than a year?

I'm 32 years old but only passed my test at the end of last year. All the places I've looked at require you to have had a licence for 12 months.

It is a question of insurance. The hire companies are restricted by the terms laid down by them.

You could consider asking if they will hire if you provide the insurance cover. I did this many years ago when they required two years rather than the one that applies in your case.
