What is my friggin' problem ?

Question

For decades, I have spent much of my lifetime searching for lost keys ! not sunglasses, purse, etc... Why KEYS ?

I have broken into my house, called Pop-a-Lock, searched through the chicken at the grocery store, and now I have a dog's choke collar on it to make it more VISIBLE ! But, I think I need a Key pager.

I have a LARGE hook in my kitchen which is their "home". This is where they are SUPPOSED to go when they are not in use. I leave them everywhere ! Very odd places. I have had to backtrack every little detail to remember what distracted me and made me leave them out on the picnic table, or just on the floor, on a shelf, in the fridge......

I'm not a "holy roller", but a lady from church told me to pray to St, Anthony, saint of "lost things"(?????) ...anyway, I did , and it worked that time, so now I pray to St. Anthony to help me find my lost keys !

u need those lil beeper things attached to your keys, that go off when ever u make a noise or something...no more lost keys...

I'll let you in on a little secret. First of all, it's not you. It's the way keys are made. They have this inborn trickiness and meanness to hide from people. All keys have it so everyone has to go through this. Unfortunately keys can not be trained out of this bad habit, nor punishment does not seem to bring results either. They still hide and get "lost" because they are so stubborn and not very nice!! They like to get lost and hide because they enjoy seeing people run around yelling and getting very frantic and late because they can't find them. It's the keys way of having fun at our expense. The bottom line is this: there really isn't much we can do because of their behavior. We can try to reward them but always placing them in a nice spot, say in the bottom of a soft and comfy purse or in a nice dish on the counter, but it doesn't always work. Or you might find it works for awhile but then the keys go and get in a strange mood and want to hide again. Its a fruitless cycle that we all must live through unfortunately. It's a routine thing. I was the same way until I devoted a week to hanging my keys on a hook. I carry a bag to work that has a small pocket and I always put it in the pocket when I walk out of my car and I never forget my keys anymore. Works for me. Good luck.

I'll pray with ou Scorpius! Lord, please help her find her keys this morning so she is not late. i ask this in the name of Jesus Amen.

Now, put them in your bra like I do! I carry them there so i don't misplace them so much anymore because a lot of times i don't have pockets. I also gave a set to a trusted friend just in case. Hopefully she'd be home when i do that again.

cause it's the thing you have in your hand so the first one to dump when you get inside!
make sure you have a fixed position for them, like a certain table etc and make it be something close to the entrance or next to where you first sit when inside.
then you won't have to look anymore :)
