ok here I am 9 days over due and we have tried everything...rasberry leaf, pineapple, sex, bouncing on a ball, walking, even castor oil and this baby will not come out. They let you go 14 days over here in the UK but i dont think i can handle another 5 days. Has anyone got anything we have not tried?

My mum was about 2 weeks late with my younger brother. To the fact he didn't want to come out at all!! He was too comfy in mums tummy lol.
So c-section was considered after her walls wouldn't open up enough, and he was a biggish baby, weighing at 9lb something lol.
Goodluck and don't worry. When the babies ready, s/he'll pop out hehe

Be patient! It will happen eventually. All the more exciting isn't it? Why don't you run a sweepstake with friends and family to guess the birthdate? It will pass the time. Give the winnings to a charity of your choice - maybe a baby charity.

Not much more than what you have done so the baby will come in good time. It's a bummer to be overdue but you also have to think that forcing it out might injure the baby and it could even get tangled in the umbilical cord. Please just be patient and try singing to your baby.

I have heard that eating a hot curry and then a nice hot bath is a sure fire way. That's from the UK, where Tandoori Chicken is apparently the Nations favourite meal so it's up to you whether to try it or not.

Have you asked your doctor if you could be induced to start labor? If it doesnt come out after another 5 days then you might have to have a C-section.
