offcorse it is distatseful - nobody is arguing about that.
In fact I would say that I would say it had a very sad and sombre attitude C4 aired about it.

But on the other hand, it is important for as much truth to be released on this controversial matter. It is also a chance for those accused to give their version.
Sometimes in life I feel it is important to come to terms with disasters - as aposed to disociating from them. What that documentary aims to reveal - is the tradgedy of it.
I am sure that everyone in the country was watching it too agrees.

C4 started as a voice that represents the TRUE and uncontrolled society. If everything that was aired couyld be controlled - what assurances do I have that it is the truth. So I think it is ABSOLUTELY important to have a channel that is not controlled - within means.

To conclude, it didn't aim to hurt people's feelings, But to give us the facts. Anyway, much of the documentary was concerned with the cameramen and photographers.

Anyway, the truth shall set us free - people can only move on in their lives when given the facts. Such as a mother whos son was murdered - she would want to know where he is to bury him - regardless of how 'distasteful' - it is the truth.

Someone mentioned the fact that we keep on bringing the topic up. YES - As i have said people want a peace of mind - the TRUTH - this is why there is a case in the courts - demanded by people of the country- becuase we want to know.
And when offered information, we moan about stuff like 'opening wounds'!!

The pictures was nothing graphic. You could barely see them anyway. I do not know what all the fuss was about. As for the Prince's I feel so sorry for them both that this is the time they would want their mother, to see them both getting on in life. But for C4 I agree this programme should not of been shown to the run up of Diana's concert being held soon.

No, like you I think it is disgusting that T.V. channels can show what they like no matter how hurtful it is to others. I feel sorry for the young princes and like everybody else they too have the right to object. C.4 should be sued for ignoring the wishes of the princes or any other person if it happens to them. Why can't the media leave things as they are one wonders if it all boils down to money or ratings. To lose anyone in such a horrendous way is painful to anyone.

that poor woman has been dead for 10 years and they still won't leave her alone...the princes specifically stated that they did no want c4 to show any picture of her death scene...they deserve some respect...each time something comes on TV about Diana, it just opens up old wounds for them 2 lads...why don't people just leave them alone and let Diana rest in peace.....we don't need to be reminded how she died....the whole world knows and it was a terrible time for her sons because they were so young when she died, they have been robbed of a mother and all they have been given is disrespect by outsiders....so why don't they just leave her and her family alone?....

I additionally watched and,to be user-friendly i stumbled on it very nerve-racking seeing such youthful infants being exploited in this style. the infants are somewhat out of nappies and the mum and dad are parading all of them over united statesa. as though they have been superstars which in my own opinion isn't in easy terms newborn abuse yet, overlook for the welfare of the youngster and,the infants could be faraway from the mum and dad now. The tutor did no longer point out the money that the mum and dad have become for all this exposure the two. this style of youngster exploitation could be banned in this style of "imaginitive"and, protecting society such via fact the united statesalso, the powers that be interior the states could look extra into this considering the fact it fairly is incorrect, very incorrect.

i dare say the relatives of John F Kennedy don't much like seeing his death constantly played on tv, but no-one makes a fuss about it. Di was a public figure and there is still mystery over the part played, if any, by the photographers concerned, and in setting out to address this particular issue the programme was covering something of public interest. As you say, none of the pictures showed anything.

I did see it and I don't know what all the fuss was about. How many times have we seen JFK getting his head blown off, people lying dead in the streets after a bomb or the tsunami,People jumping out of the twin towers or plane crashes? All the people that have died all have loved ones, yet it's OK for us to watch all of that without people complaining.I understand that it would be distressing for the princes'.But if people find things distressing then don't watch it.I have seen the uncensored photos of Diana in the car.It was my choice to view them.
