Good thinking! I hope so.
It would be interesting to see how that plot point could be developed. A good opportunity for a purely historical episode perhaps, with no monsters or other Science Fiction elements. We haven't had one of those for a while. The last I can remember was "Black Orchid" during Peter Davison's time as the Doctor.
The Doctor does seem to have a habit of making enemies among Royalty, doesn't he!

Yes I think we will find out in series four.
This is great news for me as a David Tennant/ 10th Doctor fan because of this: Queen Elizabeth 1 recognized him as the Doctor, so he must be appearing in series four.
According to episode descriptions, the remaining episodes of series three, Blink, Utopia, The Sound Of Drums and The Last Of The Timelords do not include Queen Elizabeth.
These are just my ideas, nobody knows for sure just yet.

I'm not sure if we will get to find out but like DWM says, its OK not to understand, you're not supposed to understand it ALL,or find everything out.it could be years from now before shes mentioned again. They slip these little things in so that on a whole all the seasons knit together.I don't think its particularly vital to the plot WHY she hated him, just gives an opportunity for another story somewhere down the line.David has signed up for the entire series four fans so hes not regenerating yet(THANK GOD !!)don't ya just love him xxx
