Electric and magnetic forces are, by themselves, just that: Forces. But light shares some of their characteristics. Energy is being continuously handed back and forth between an electric field and a magnetic field as a light wave propagates.

light isn't a matter or result of em forces. em forces "may" cause some light emmission, but usually, it doesn't. I do not understand, why so many of you make the same mistake and believe in light to be a matter of em force.
