Dictatorships definetely have their pluses and minuses.

Pluses would be that decisions are made much more quickly and there is no disputing the decisions that are made. There is very little red tape to go through to get things done.

In a non-dictatorial state, it takes much longer to pass legislation, to hold elections, and such. However, decisions in a non-dictatorial state can be better thought out over the time it takes to pass the legislation in question. There you go!

The main disadvantage is lack of freedom for the governed. I think there are no advantages to a dictatorship.

only advantage is "order". but, there are lots of disadvantages under the dictatorship, such as freedom

advantage- things get done real fast.
Disadvantage - they are all things he wants done.
