their pants run bigger than usual and their shirts run about average. length wize the pants are long too!! for tops i suggest a size medium for pants i would say a 6 or 8. im 5'4 and the pants i bout were regular length and they were about 4 inches too long...

You know I am not sure but I'd guess you to be a junior size 7 or 9..
maybe smaller depending on how the items are made...good luck!
