Bigelow Aerospace is planning to have a hotel in orbit by the time you stated, however the price tag to stay up the for a week is going to be around 1,000,000 dollars not something you or i could afford in the near future, but check out this link anyway if you want.

Orbits degenerate. Also, drinking recycled waste, which may be necessary, would not be a good selling point, it would be too expensive to keep bringing water up from the surface.
