I am happy to see that you take names seriously my name is Lauren. It means laurel and was thought to be first used by a movie star. Though if you are still stuck i suggust this : ( it will help) go to google and type in baby names world.com it gives you boy and girl names. ( you can make it so it only gives you boy ,only gives girls,or both. It even has a catagory for unique names. Each name comes with a meaning,origin,other uses, and a fact. It even rates the name. but anyways my name is Lauren.

My name is Lauren (Emily). I was named after the actress Lauren Bacall. Apparently, Lauren means "crown of Laurel" or something along those lines, which is supposed to mean royalty (?), or at least that's what my parents said a while back. I really like my name, even though it is not that unique.
