We do. My mom has it all on display in her china cabinet and you would do well to never reach for it if all the other dishes were ever dirty...lmao! ^_^

Yes, a couple different sets actually.

I have the "christmas china", this set with christmas trees on it, that we use every Christmas.

Then there is the set that was given to my parents for their wedding which I don't think has ever been used.

And then there is the really old set that came from my great great grandmother that my mom just inherited and I'll one day get.

Yes I do. It is a Noritake China set that my father purchased in the philipines 50 years ago. it is a rare set that is worth a lot of money as is. My mother used the set only on special occastions. I display it so nothing gets broken.

Yes, and I'm going to get rid of it.

I spent last weekend packing and moving a friend, and I am now dedicated to the un-accumulation of things I never use. This includes the service for 12 of the china.

Oh dear god Yes!! In my house as we were growing up we were not even allowed to look at it until it was time to use it, which if my memory is correct we only used four times. But I guess that's how it stays the "good china"

I have quite an expensive collection of Lladro figurines and some are highly collectable. I also have a very old Royal Doulton dinner service. My mum collected them over the years, and she is sick now, and gave them to me. I'll leave them to my son.
