i hope you are asking about...kashmir (j & k).
its a big state. Srinagar is capital and is connected by air with delhi with so many flights.
there is no direct train to srinagar...but you can go till jammu and then take bus car or flight to srinagar.

Jammu is a major city. It is connected by rail, road and air from all over India. From here you can take a bus / private vehicle to Srinagar ( which is a famous central place in Kashmir).

you can take a bus or a train to Delhi and from there u can go to kashmir. u can even take a direct train to kashmir

Which Kashmir- one is in uttrakhand , u can go by bus from Haridwar/Rishikesh. Another is J&K which is well linked from Delhi Through Rail, Road & Air
