I would suggest you discuss this in depth with your family doctor. If he does not provide much info or perform testing, then get a second opinion. Then, you may want to get yourself into a nutritional program at your local hospital and learn how to feed your body what it needs. Always follow the advise given by the Medical Professionals. Even tho you are healthy now, you might experience problems "down the line" as you grow older. Best of luck in addressing this issue.

I think it depends on what fast food is being eaten. I'd say it's safe to assume most non-fried fastfood is better than fried. You can get salads at a number of places & as long as you take it easy on the dressing you will be Ok. A burger or two now and again will not hurt. Stay away from the big, big sandwiches & drinking water at the start of you meal will also help. The whoppers, $6.00 burges (I believes that's what Carl's calls them), etc. are enough for two maybe three meals. Eating those giant burgers with all the trimmings & a drink, causes our stomachs stretch which results in needing more to reach a satisfied point. Eat in moderation, get some exercise & don't eat & go to bed would be my suggestions, As well as eating fresh fruit, nuts & drinking plenty of water. You can actually run into the grocery store & get fruit and juice almost as fast & in some cases faster than getting fast food.

you don´t have to be overweight to be unhealthy.. Come on , you should know that. but you are hurting yourself by eating out too much, try going to the supermarket, buying t.v. dinners that are healthy for lunch and eating something light for dinner like maybe grilled chicken with rice, or veggies.. Its a start..
The way you´re going, is not good. your cholesterol may be high, glucose high etc ( lets hope not) but if you decide to get a physical your Dr is gonna flip ( when you tell him you eat out twice a day)..
Try Eating out only on Friday and Sat.. Eat Healthy during the rest of the week!
Good Luck!

Even overweight/obese people can be malnourished. Many nutritionists say you should only eat fast food once a month, if any. Unless your eating salads and water everytime from McDonalds, you should be fine. If your chowing down on french fries all the time, thats pretty bad. 2 french fries have as many calories as 2 baked potatoes with all the works, like cheese, chili, and onions. I suggest you slowly cut back.

It is NOT a good idea to eat fast food everyday! I would suggest limiting it to like 1-2 times per week at the max. Bake you food & don't eat that much fried food & you should feel better:)

You should only be eating fast food once a week, and you eat it twice a day? Don't make the wrong decisions in life. You can do anything you want with life. Choose to do the right thing and eat healthy.

No, I eat fast food a couple of times per week, but not everyday. You may be OK right now, but I think that in the long run, I think that will be unhealthy.

wow that is bad...how long have you been doing this? It takes awhile to get in bad shape but you shouldn't be doing that. That is the worst food for you. Stop before it's too late. Also like the first person said go to whole foods it is the best! I love it there.

Very simply, yes. There is no way you can eat fast food twice a day and be "healthy". It may take a few years, but it will catch up to you.
