before it came i had been feeling like throwing up &threw up once after my breakfast. help, i'm nervous....

It could be your body reacting to not taking the medication but I would recommend checking with your dr to see what they say because of the nausea that you are experiencing.

What brand are you taking?
The white pills are active pills and you should be taking them whether you have your period or not.
I would see a doctor about the nausea.

you mean yuo skipped the week placebo's? I do that all the time with no problems at all. The nausea might not be related but if it persits as they say I'd go see your doctor....
