There is no cure for Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. The only thing that can be done is to manage symptoms and for some women it's a combination of going on the pill and a water pill (this is what I have done for mine). Some go on medicines to keep insulin levels (this has to do with our blood sugars) regulated which can help regulate periods as well as help with weight loss for those that have that symptom.

Some others use alternative treatments.
