No it is nothing like that .I have a Gemini sister and she my favorite.She is very kind.It varies from person to person how he/she is.People believe that the astrologer has said that some thing good will happen to them .Even when 10 things go wrong and something goes okay they say yes yes the astrologer said so...............

Astrologers are perfectly aware of the points you are making. In fact we depend on the information from astronomers for the placement of the planets. We have explain on a number of occasions that the planets don't go backwards but that they have the appearance of going backwards. So what did you disprove? I don't get it. Please make your disproof clear again because this argument wouldn't even hold water among the scientific community. By the way, I have a feeling that you don't really know much about astrology. I find that a lot of it is wrong. Everything that I learn about it I test over and over and it proves itself right over and over. I'm a skeptic at heart but the fact is I have never heard any solid proof that astrology doesn't work. I have heard solid proof that it does. By the way today's astrologers use the new astrobodies. I know I use them. Not all of them because some of them are so new that we still don't know what they are yet. But I use the ones I know. Astrology is still at an infantile stage as a science but as we approach the age of astrology it will become more and more accepted as a science. I know that there are a lot of astrologers whose opinions are respected even though their work is shrouded in superstition and I don't buy what they say about astrology. It's supposed to work every time but the way they use it, it doesn't. I use Magi Astrology because it does work every time. In this branch of astrology we use geocentric(where the earth is the center of the chart) and heliocentric (where the Sun is the center of the chart). We also use the longitudes and latitudes of both. I don't pay much attention to the signs, just the alignments of the planets. Everyone knows that the signs have been off for a long time but the planets still hold their meanings. As a matter of fact they are off by about 59 degrees. That's almost 2 signs! One more thing. I believe that people should show respect for others no matter what their beliefs. If you are an atheist I trust that you have done research with an intelligent mind and have come to this conclusion. If you are a Christian I would expect the same thing. As an astrologer we deal with people that doubt astrology all the time, so this is nothing new to us. But showing respect is showing respect. We all come from the dirt and we will all return to it. This means that no one should even try to exalt themselves over another. I my search I was faced with hardship. I knew their was something to astrology but I wasn't sure what it was until I started studying Magi Astrology. It's very different. I'll bet you didn't know that astrology works without the signs. Retrograde is another thing that is way over rated in traditional astrology. They think it has negative effects. I don't really find this to be true. 8 of the 30 companies on the Dow Jones were founded on days with a Mercury Retrograde. That is more than 25%. Since Mercury is only retrograde about 10% of the time I would actually have to say that it's more lucky than unlucky.

I wouldn't say they are heartless, but I've been hurt by some Gemini men. My first love was a Gemini and so was my ex-husband. I recently just started getting into astrology and I have to admit that many of the characteristics of each sign match.
My first love was engaged to me but cheated on me and got the girl pregnant. He gave her money for an abortion and she didn't get it because she wanted him, so he married her to be honorable.
My ex-husband had all kinds of issues with me that I didn't even know about until he was ready to bolt. He loved my intelligence and wit, but didn't want me to be more intelligent or wittier than him. He had a problem with me making more money than him. He didn't like confrontation at all, although he created most of it and then didn't want to talk it over after he hurt me. We could have remained friends even though the marriage was over, but he was so self-destructive that he made this an impossibility.
I am a Virgo and for whatever reason, I only attracted Gemini men. We always started out well and had a really good relationship, but they all ended badly and didn't necessarily have too.

No! Quite the opposite, actually. Geminis' like diversity, and excel in meeting all kinds of people. If there is any sense of being 'heartless' it is most often a simple matter of going in so many directions at the same time. I am a "DOUBLE" Gemini - and, am very giving, loving, sincere, and dedicated - I have too many projects going on all at the same time, is all. Not an intentional, hurtful thing, ever.

No, I dont think so. My husband is a Gemini and he proved a little harder to get along with and understand more than I thought....but I learned how to understand him. I do think Geminis are very different than most people. But heartless by no means. My best friend is also a Gemini and the same for her. Yes I belive in astology, I am a Virgo. Geminis Ive heard get along best with a Capricorn.

I wouldn't say they are. If anything, I had probably been the one who was heartless towards Geminis. Ironically enough, my moon - which is part of a certain focal point in my chart, including the 3rd house, uranus, mercury, the rising, the MC and then of course the moon and the descendant - is in Gemini.
The moon, then incidentally, is the luminary that stands for our emotions. Gemini can be superficial and fickle - often misunderstood for heartless... so I can imagine why people (especially with Gemini venus) are often seen as heartless. But they aren't in my opinion.

Raymejr, I do feel sorry for what you had to go through, but think about it; if your ex actually hid the affair she had, wouldn't you say she was considering your feelings about it? I couldn't call that heartless if my life depended on it...

I'm a Gemini and i'm not heartless in fact i'm the most caring friendliest person one could ever know! I help my friends in need . Now if someones being mean towards me and i haven't did anything to them then i can be a total *****! Now me and a Capricorn cannot get along for nothing!!! We'd be at each others throat!!! A Sagitttarius ..wow! We get along very well!

My now ex-wife is a Gemini...and she hid the affair she was having with a younger man from me for months back in 2002....So to answer your question....Yes...Gemini's are heartless, as well as selfish in my honest opinion...
But I'm not bitter though, as "Karma" came back around to rear its ugly head...as the guy she left me for (she was 34 & he was 23 at the time) wound up cheating on her late last year with a girl younger then he! lol!
What did she do? Leave him the same way she left me? Nope! She did just the opposite...She got knocked up...and is having the child that we should of had 10 years ago...any day now!
She won't marry him though until hey pays off the $10K he owes to the mother of his 1st kid for back child support!

All I can say is yes. I have more experience with geminis than all those people. They only care about their feelings and they don't help their friends out. When someone needs them they take them for granted. Most of them are flirts, and they will flirt even if they are in a relationship. They don't care about other people who love them except for only the people they love. They will flirt with that person who loves them, thus making the other person suffer. I don't believe that geminis are good talkers based on my experience.
Geminis do good as a teacher though.

I am a Gemini lady and I am not heartless. I USED to be. Geminis tend to have very stong emotions so we guard them as long as possible until we are with people we can really trust with our love. I know it's corny. I found my soulmate and now I feel like I am very vulnerable.
