OMG. I just bought this scraper for a good deal consideing its near mint condition inside and outside. I let this assshole "install a new stereo"he took out the original, and cutt a bunch of cables from the inside... When I started the Car I noticed the Digital Speedometer, and Digital Gas Meter werent displaying. AHHHRRRG! I was soo mad. Hes definately not gonna fix because hes a dumbasss older teen than I am. I know anyone with knowledge of car electrical can fix it in like 10 minutes... Is it posssible that maybe its just a fuse thingie that is causing the problem? Where Can I find EXACT information on the Car's Wiring? I was rushing into installing my new Slapp in the Car and Now I dont even have the radio :( The Car drives and runs fine but I dont feel conftrable driving it like that. I'm 18 and i've just spent all my money on my insurance policy, registration, and sound system (LOL) PLease dont tell me to yahoo it or Google it because i've done that and all sites SUCK!

Pull the damn thing out kid and have a look if there is any wire that are still not conected.Chances are if one or more aint then it could be your cause......Buy your self a cheap test light and go and check the wires. There should be hooked to your deck a positive wire, normally red and has constant power without the acceseries on,another wire 4get the colour but it should be connected to your acceseries, this will only have power with acc's on,a black earth - wire,a remote wire...unused unless your running an amp, plus your speaker wires and arial. If any of the cars, not the radios, wires are still not conected you have to find out where they go and what they are for. Also check your fuses in your fuse box in side and out.

The money, time, and aggravation will be much better spent taking it to a electrical specialist, I'm not trying to be a smartass and I'm not calling you stupid,,, digital displays are low voltage units. Your friend may have nicked a wire, or you mayhave lost a ground to your unit, or may even be sharing a ground with your stereo the may be causing noise in your system. Soooooooooo many thing could be going on here, Find a good mechanic and spend the money,, you'll be happier.
