i have a motorola v3...when i plug in the charger...it only charges for 3 minutes (already full charge)...then when i use it for only one minute...my battery goes low...can some one help me please...

Cell phones are quite sophisticated. My guess is that your cell phone is tired of you spewing grammatically crappy sentences like "Why does my cellphone can't charge properly?", and refuses to charge. Show your poor phone some consideration. Improve your grammar and your phone will thank you.

one secret to cell phone batteries
only charge until they are full - then unplug -
otherwise you burn out the battery!!!!!!1
may need to take it to your dealer to have the battery checked
