I really need to submit this report to my teacher. She said that using Paint Program, I will search for an online community and for the staff to sign. Don't worry. This is just a report of how plenty and how people are in the same community...

1. Save the picture on BitMap type and Open it

2. You should be in Paint and Please press the letter A which allows you to apply text.

3. Enter your name or nickname or username within the size of 8-12 and any seeable color

4. Just enter your name

5. Upload it to http://www.imageshack.us

6. type in your answer anything + the URL of the image you uploaded
