so I chopped off a girls weave?!?

this girl at skl was going around talking trash, saying she was gonna beat me up after school. I am really not that type. Anyway, she came at me with a knife, so I knocked it out of her hand, caught the knife, and chopped off part of her weave cuz I didn't want to do harm but I wanted her to back off! I threw the knife away, said "what!" and left.

now her family is saying I attacked her and they want me to pay for her hairdressing. it's not fair! what should I do?

plus - now everyone at school isn't viewing me like a 'good girl' anymore, they see me as a fighter even tho it was her who started it! how do I get my reputation back?!

Well thats not right she's the one that brought the knife. They should have been glad that all you chopped off was weave and not a finger or toe and luckily you got it away from her before she got the chance to stab you then she'd be in jail and your parents could have sued! Just stay like you have always been people will forget about it eventually and things will be back to normal. Good luck!

Seeing as there is mention of a knife being used, surely makes it a matter for the police.

If the knife was used to cut her hair then its an actual assault.

Both of you should be banned from school and charged by the Police for creating a public distubence.
