Hello,I passed my 10 +2 exam on 2006 and had given the joint entrance test for medical as well as the medical test at AIIMS etc. There was about 7-8 colleges i applied last year and got rejected in all the medical tests. My teachers and friends advised me to go for a not-so-gud college instead than trying for amedical good college next year and wasting a year. However I did not listen to them and have stayed home for a year, studying hard for this years exams.
Now the thing is,after the declaration of this years results,I got selected in all Medical, engineering, pharmacy as well as biotechnology course. Now I am confused which to apply. Can anyone please help with the post-graduation streams that I can apply after completing each of these streams. Also which of these have a better career option in India.Which stream will help me get a job faster as I have already wasted one year.

Thanks.

In the first attempt you wanted a medical degree. Probably that is your primary interest. Now you can get into any college . But what subject interests you most? I suggest you join AIIMS .After M.B.B.S. , a specialisation in Radiology now a very well advanced speciality which includes, biophysics, nuclear medicine ,radiation oncology and radio diagnosis (all PG courses are available in AIIMS) will be very good for hard working meritorious students like you
All the best

This an quite complicated subject you have been placed in. besides the fact that in case you do no longer think of your degree is going to take you everywhere then i propose you're taking the interest. maximum employers those days look at journey better than the degree you have. i anticipate it incredibly is because you may have some thing to grant. you in addition to mght could desire to look into what the corporate has to grant you interior the long term for this reason occupation progression, and maximum heavily interest risk-free practices. in case you have seen each and all of the considerable issues and you come across it is well worth a flow taking, then via all capacity take up the grant. extremely frankly i do no longer think of an arts degree wold open many doorways for you. Many graduate are sitting on them and taking on different jobs no longer even heavily proper. stable success

One can make great careers out of all these streams.
If research minded, choose, biotech, pharma.

If service oriented choose medicine. This is a long haul, long working hours, very little free time, good money.

If mechanically minded or management oriented go for engineering.

Analyze yourself. Job satisfaction is worth a lot. You have to configure this in your assessment.
