Stress can make your period go crazy. If you think you're pregnant and you're freaking out, try buying a pregnancy test. Once you've taken it, and realize you're not pregnant, you're period will start.

Being physically active can help regulate you're period, too. Try dieting for a few days and exercising more then usual.

Also, if you are experiencing pms, and you KNOW you're about to start, sex might help speed up the process. It sounds weird, but it usually works for me.

No, there isn't anything that can be done to make the period come faster.

if you are on birth control pills simply stop taking them, your period will come when you stop the pills. ofcourse pregnancy might too.
