I've never heard of a non-profit publisher...

If ever a non-profit publisher exists, you will still receive royalties for your book. Non-profit simply means the organization is not receiving additional money. The funds it receives are just enough to cover overhead expenses (salaries, electric bills, rent, etc.) The rest of the money is put in its projects, advocacies or charity works.

You have an odd criteria for publishers if 80% of the ones you looked at are non-profit. What is it. exactly, you are looking for?

A non-profit publisher? I doubt one exists but if so, the name is just what it implies, thus the answer to your question is no, you will make nothing.
