I have two dogs. One dog was thrown to the road by the chineese owners after he chewed a demin troucer in to bits - I took him in and named him "Shung-foo" to remind where he came from.
Small dog is called "podda" meaning - "the small one" in my native language.
My mother cat is called "kiri" - meaning "milk" in my languge - thats becoz she loves milk and would even drink a gallon!! She is also the colour of milk - white
Daughter cat is named "puru-puru" because she purrs alot
