I've only seen it a couple of times. Its not on everyones profile yet. I'll bet it is to use against trolls.

Last time I looked at my contacts I saw that it was "coming soon". . . .I guess it is to get other people from looking at our contacts. Frankly I don't really care who looks at mine. What difference does it make anyway? I don't look at other people's though. That is just way too nosy.
