Get her evicted. Contact the police and tell them about your situation. Don't change the locks or keep her belongings, that's illegal and can get you in trouble.
The fact that she's not on the lease won't affect your ability to get her evicted. She is not on the lease, she is inside your apartment and she is no longer welcome to stay. How do you get a stranger out of your place if they refuse to leave? You call the police.

Well, here in TX, it is quite difficult to do EVEN THOUGH SHE IS NOT A LEASEHOLDER. I have had to have this done once....
Since she has "established residency"(meaning- she has had a key to the apt for longer than a month and has mail sent there etc..) you have to legally evict her by going through the courts just as the apt managment would if they wanted to evict you (or any leaseholder).
In my situation, i tried to lock her out and the cops came and made me let her in even though they wouldnt get involved any futher than that since it was a civil matter. So, you cannot just change the locks and hold her stuff hostage. That would be considered stealing in the eyes of the law.
Good luck....You are in for quite a headache!

Tell her you you will call the police and have her escorted out. Don't let you landlord find out that you have a roommate who isnt on the lease or you will probably get in trouble.

While she is out, get the locks changed, and leave a note on the door saying that if she wants to get her stuff back, she needs to pay the back rent that she owes you. You will have to tell the management office, or landlord that you need the locks changed ASAP and they will do it if you tell them that you broke up with your boyfriend (or whatever), and he has a key that he won't return.

Since she isn't on the lease and you have told her to leave. She is trespassing. So call the police and they will have her pack up her things and escort her out of the apartment.

Since you've asked her to leave but she refuse, it's time for another plan. Change the lock while she's not at home and move all of her belongings outside of the house. Kick her *** out of the house! No money no talk!

Call the police. They will remove her. Don't keep her belongings as one poster mentioned. That could get you into legal trouble.
