Go 7600 is faster - 1900 Marks in 3D Mark 06. 8400M GS can only manage 1645 Marks max., but is more "future proof" because it is a DX10 card.

I'd go with the nvidia go 7600 (assuming this is for a laptop)
Faster, better drivers.
Unless you have vista, which case go with the 8400m gs simply for the DirectX 10

Go 7600 is better for higher bandwidth, and the higher the bandwidth the high the details you can run in games without lagging.
