Under section 44 of the philipine republic act Violence against women and their children, all records regarding the case are confidential, any form of publication is a liability to contempt. What if the supposed to be victim published or scanned her complaint afidavit showing all the names, addresses and published it on the internet, what will happen? section 44 states "any person who violates this provision shall suffer penalty", is the supposed to be victim included?

The victim is not included if she wishes to expose the case. What is prohibited to expose the case are other persons and not the victim.
