I have made a google sitemap for my new website,but I think it doesn't have all the urls I have in my site, it that all right, or that mean something wrong with my site?

I have always used this free service:
http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/
It generates .xml, ROR, plain text and html sitemaps. Google uses .xml.
This service will also alert you to broken or non-functioning links within your website.
To specifically check for broken links try:
http://www.dead-links.com/
or
http://validator.w3.org/checklink

I think Google sitemap is XML file where u list all Web pages of your website. U upload the Google sitemap in your root of the website & then submit it in Google webmaster tools. Then Google download the file & start crawling your website.
If your have got some new pages then add it in Google & resubmit it or leave it, Google usually comes & download the updated file & start its indexing again,
I don't understand how come Google will come to know about your new web pages if its not included in your Google sitemap or not linked from some other website or pages.
Just update your sitemap & it will be included in Google indexing.

Hey yeah google is not to fond of flash and dosnt always pick them up as links. i use a website that allows you to either make the sitemap on their site or you can download a free client.

that happened in mine too..almost 10 urls are not at the site map..maybe its because sitemaps doesnt recognize flash links..
take a look at this site:

A site map is a way of showing how your website is organised. it provides visitors with a structure of your website. Like a family tree. This makes it easier for one to browse the site or figure out where the information that one is looking for might be located.
