It says my dragonair and my ditto dont like each other but i want another dragonite. Will it work?

yeah, it'll just take much longer for them to produce the egg.
ditto breeds with every pokemon except most legendaries.
check which pokemon fall into which egg group here:
http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Egg_groups
that'll let you know who is compatible.
btw if you want a strong dragonite try breeding with something else besides a ditto.

I think you did put the Pokemon in different sex(Female or male)right if you did it should be find,like my brother who put a ditto and a Absol in it and gave birth 10 eggs in one second.(Different timing)It will still work but you got to change the sex first if you didn't but it in the correct order.Hope I help you.

Wow I wish I could of done that with my Ho-Oh and Lugia on pokemon silver I could of gave a copy to my friends instead of using the copy pokemon glitch and I copyed my master ball with it so now there is no pokemon I cannot catch I even got a mew on pokemon red a while back in time

It will not work. you need ur pokemon to have different genders to have a egg
