America should in theory be the winner of such a conflict, conventional or nuclear, and I think in nuclear and technological terms that is almost certain, but I could not see the morale of American land forces holding up too well if was fighting in a Russian winter, I don't care how battle hardened the Americans are the Russians are tough bastards and are used to adversity.

Go to your history books and study the Cold War - that was all hashed out in the 60's.

The USA would win. Simply because no one wants an all out nuclear war and the USA could out spend the Russians in an arms race. We've done it once before, and right now we have a huge head start.

LUCKILY, we both have nukes so that keeps the US and Russians pretty honest with each other. Let us hope that cooler heads prevail with both sides.

China. It would remove everyone from the continents of Europe and America. They will be benefiting from this.

If there is a winner, they won't be thinking about making flags, and celebrating...they will be too busy looking for fire wood.
