When you unlock your BMW with the factory alarm unlock key, holding the key down will lower your windows. I believe on the 530 that, with your windows and sunroof open, holding the lock function on your remote will close it all up and lock the car. You possibly sat on the remote or otherwise depressed the unlock function button.

The last 2 BMW's my wife has owned would unlock, and roll down the windows (all of them) if you held the unlock button on the remote down. Maybe something else in your pocket/purse engaged the button, holding it down.

You might have hit the unlock button in your pocket/purse. I have done that and freaked out. Or if it's just the one window, it could be the electrical system malfunctioning. Good Luck

Teenagers?
Alcohol? Look for any signs you could have had a one night stand, that could explain the passengers side window. Trust me, that kind of stuff used to happen to me all the time before I quit the drugs.
