I know they can be migrated but all my other games are reeted so if it is possible to cathch one where would it be at?

Yeah you can catch ditto but only after you defeat the pokemon league and get the national dex. then you can get the poke radar and you have to go to route 218. Go to the grass area right below the blonde guy with the spiked hair right before the town. Use the poke radar and if you see a patch of grass with a small gold twinkle you have to go to that patch of grass. If you battle a pokemon in that patch it will be either ditto or a shiny pokemon.

You have to beat the elite four and obtain the national pokedex. They can be found with the PokéRadar at Route 218.
