Teacher!
Every day is different. You get to decorate your room to different themes all the time (I always had the raddest bulletin boards in the school). You can make your own worksheets and create lessons that your kids will be excited about. I'm very artistic and creative and I think it's what has always made me a hit with students. I also love to read and young adult fiction is probably my favorite genre (I'm in my 30's - i don't care - I still love that stuff, especially fantasy) - it's pretty rad that I can talk with kids about popular fiction and recommend stuff they might never have heard of.

Creative teachers make learning more fun. Other bonuses: It's rewarding. Tons of vacation time plus paid holidays up the ying yang. It's never ever boring because you're doing new things every day. It's amazing to see discovery in the eyes of a kid, like when the light bulb goes on or they get excited about learning something. Did I mention it was rewarding? And any idiot can do it. In fact, a LOT of idiots do it! The qualities you mentioned can potentially make you one of those rare, awesome teachers that kids remember for their rest of their lives. Think about it.

Several I can think of - children's book author and illustrator, set designer - plays and movies, costume designer, art director (plays and movies and TV productions too). You have to figure out what you LOVE the most that uses your skills - try taking a vocational aptitude test and see what results you get back.
