Was it me or did Terry venables look totally bored-Didnt look interested in the game-I feel he thinks he would be a better manager- Did anyone notice this-Even when we got the 3rd goal he didnt raise much of a smile

He seems to have forgotten that he was a disaster when he was manager back in the 1990's and still wants to be England manager. He's just having a silly childish sulk over the position he's in.

venables obviously disagrees with mclaren on team selection i.e. not playing carragher alongside terry,mclaren preferring king and brown . also i suspect venables is not happy with the beckham saga taking on more importance than the team (to the media at least)

I agree with Alberto, he probably thought he was in line for the job if we failed to produce again last night. As soon as we went ahead, he realised Shredded Wheat Head was safe until next season.
