Yes. Hypertension has many, many KNOWN causes. When you identify and treat the underlying cause, you have 'cured in a natural way'.

An excellent book that explains the many causes and proper treatment of hypertension has been written by Sherry Rogers, M.D. It is called "The High Blood Pressure Hoax". It is available at Amazon.com.

Another excellent book is by Mark Houston, M.D., professor of medicine at Vanderbilt Medical School. It is called 'What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Hypertension' and is also available at Amazon.com.

Best wishes and good luck.

Kevin Trudeau is an idiot. Lower your salt intake and eliminate caffeine are both time honored remedies for high blood pressure but you are a child and probably have some other reason rather than crappy diet. Since you know your blood pressure numbers while most 15 year olds don't even know what a blood pressure is I would have to assume you have been to a doctor. What did they tell you about high blood pressure? Follow their advice. I read some of Kevin Trudeaus' books. Its the same crap you can find out for yourself on the internet if you care to look, and you can do it for nothing.,,,

Forget anything you have ever been told about Diabetes.

And get this - it has nothing to do with insulin, exercise, diet or anything else you've heard in the past. It's all based on latest breakthrough research that Big Pharma is going Stir Crazy to hide from you.

I also have hypertension. When it was diagnosed, I took the meds the Dr. gave me. After researching them, I promptly stopped taking them and began a routine of regular exercise and improved diet along with a GOOD multi-vitamin-Life Essence-and supplementation with calcium magnesium and potassium. Works great for me and my blood pressure stays within normal ranges. Best of luck to you!

Hi Abraham, sometimes such measures as reducing salt consume, reduction of fat consume, and especially of saturated fat consume, weight reduction, relaxing and stress reduction techniques, for example meditation and autogenic training, regular exercise - are enough to cure this condition.

Also, natural supplements to treat hypertension exist. These supplements reduce blood pressure by lowering the cholesterol and lipid content in the blood, by preventing oxidation of tissue components by free radicals, and by helping damaged blood vessels to heal. Examples of ingredients having these effects are vitamin B3, inositol, turmenic extract and gum guggul extract.

They may also contain Ingredients giving a direct anti-hypertensive effect, like potassium, magnesium, calcium, vitamin C and fatty acids from marine sources.

If you mean by 'natural' 'not using drugs/herbs' then regular aerobic exercise and reduced sodium intake will lower your blood pressure. That's it. Simple and cheap!

If you cannot keep your blood pressure in a normal range this way, then you will need proper medication (not homeopathic 'remedies', which are ultimately only water and nothing else: www.homeowatch.org). Anyone who tells you otherwise is either deluded, or totally immoral for suggesting 'treatments' that at best won't help your condition, leading you to heart problems.

Depends on the seriousness of the condition.

Hypertention can ge helped with meditation, and physical exercize such as Qigong. Tai Chi, pillates, and Yoga.

Of course changing your diet and using less salt will help too.
