no, probably not.
Even those files are not sent to the recycle bin.
Unless you want to go though some time, effort and software hunting,
It really doesn't balance out.
I'd just go to the old sites and ask them to send your password to your email if you forgot it.

remember!!! your passwords!!!
other than that, theres really no big difference in your web "experience"

you could get the info back if windows didn't RE-use the sectors "space" the files where on - on the hard drive.

but like I said the software is unknown (to me) and it would take a while, and windows has probably already RE-used the sectors.

I'd give up on it. its not worth the time/effort

system restore won't work. it only makes changes to settings, its not able to restore deleted files.

When you delete things using Windows they're moved to your your "recycle bin". If she didn't go into the " recycle bin" and permanently delete them from there, then you may be able recover at least the internet files and cookies. However, recovering files isn't possible if they've been written over, or if she used MS DOS or a file eraser program that removes both the file contents and its disk address.

No harm achieved deleting cookies and the temporary cyber web data. yet I frequently go away the historical past there, via fact deleting it on my equipment does delete the checklist of cyber web web pages which you have typed in whilst u click down arrow next to the pass button.

possible, but not easy.
There are utilities that can recover this files, but it's not worth it, as those softwares are not meant for public use.

Only gov agencies and some HD forensics are allowed to use those powerful file recovery utils.
