As mentioned, the 250 California is beautiful but I am a huge fan of the Ferrari 275 GTB. It was made right after the 250's and I think it is an overlooked car. Also look into the Fiat 500 or "Cinquecento" as it was called in Italy. It isn't what one would call "beautiful" but it is a unique little car to say the least.

I like the Zonda F for modern stylings. The Type 35 if we're looking back into history. I guess, I'd go with the Type 35 if we're talking most beautiful ever.
