She deserves the full term in jail not a house arrest. The same standard should apply to the famous and rich. House arrest are you kidding me. That is a vacaion for the rest of us common folk. I would love some house arrest in a mansion. She totaly desrves jail and should do the same amount of time anyone else. If she qulifies for good behavior so be it and let her out early.

I don't think she got what she deserves. The sentence shouldn't have been reduced. If she weren't well known she would have had to stay in jail the full 45 days. The rich always get off easy.

Yeah, anyone of us would have gotten a far worse sentence. Her stuffy, pampered butt is getting what she deserves, if not she should have gotten worse. And heck yeah, the judge is using her as an example. Bull crap, that she says he has no right to judge her. That is why is called a "Judge." Her mom is a total ***** to.

Someone like her doesn't have to drive. She should be sentenced to chauffer driven rides after her tenure in jail. Yes she got what she deserved. She violated her DUI probation. Any knucklehead who drives drunk deserves to be taken off the streets.

Like everyone said, it would better if she could serve full 45 days jail time.
Getting 23 days jail time leniency for 'good behaviour' just doesn't make sense, don't you think?

Did Paris get her just issue? Judging from her "mug shot", doubts exist she's reeling from any pain right now.
I wonder now if ALL female bookings will demand they get their hair pro coiffed and make-up done by cosmeticians.
I think they should--and have the ACLU back them up!!

She done the crime and needs to accept the time however I do feel a little sorry for her as it must be quite traumatic to go from the lifestyle she's used to, to what she has now.
