You can study to gain knowledge and when you apply that knowledge you will be considered and educated and intelligent individual. However, I don't believe being an intelligent and educated person makes you a genius. Geniuses are born, not made that way by books. There are some ppl with intelligence and knowledge and skills that can't be traced by what they were taught or what they learned it's just and inate gift. That's what I believe a genius is.

It is a stupid question asked by a genius, thereby meaning that you are on the right track but have to improve your navigation.Few years back a genius or an expert was also known as a narrow minded person.Stay focussed.Good luck.

being genius is not really a good thing. human capability and lifespan restrict the amount of knowledge we can acquire..
being genius usually means know in depth of something or some area, but little of everything else. am i correct? instead, i think we should aim to be intelligent and socially desirable.
opps, i'm not answering the question now, am i? how to be genius? i cant tell u, coz i'm not one. ask stephen hawking, maybe he can tell u how to be a genius in *physics*. but dont ask anything else other than physics-related area to him, u wud think he's not a genius anymore..

You are either born a genius, or, you discover later on in life that there is something that you are really good at, and that you could be considered a genius in that area...

You can make the most of what you have by studying, reading and reasoning, but if the potential is not there, you cannot increase your IQ. You may have more brain power than you know you have, though. Try some new things. Van Gogh didn't start painting until his mid-twenties, and look how famous he became.

I'm Asian, so I should have helpful tips
1. Do well in school, don't ever think of slacking off
2. Always have a goal to reach, you'll be amazed at how much you accomplished when you look back
3. Get tutored, whether you're acing your classes or bombing them.
4. Pray to Jesus for wisdom! (In the Bible, God asked King Saul he could have one wish, and he asked for wisdom. God was so happy he gave him more; money, fame, etc.)
That's a very good question, after all, knowledge is priceless!

While the human brain has the amazing ability to store an endless amount of information, we to some degree are still stuck with what we were dealt in the cards.

Keep asking questions. There's no such thing as a stupid question. Just don't ask if spelling counts on a spelling test. That's an exception of the rule.
