I am open to different options at this point. We have been trying to conceive for 14 months now with no luck. I used to be on birth control and 5 pills of metformin/day from 17-21/22 years old. Since I have hypoglycemia I had to take an additional medication because the metformin was taking my sugar levels too low. Obviously taking birth control isn't my first choice since we are still trying to conceive. What other options are out there. Someone told me to drink spearmint tea, that it would help, I have also been told to drink green tea.

I went to an endocrinologist at 17 or 18 and was put on birth control and metformin but was never told why. I just trusted them.

Boy do I know what you are going though. I have been trying to concieve since 2003, with no results. I have PCOS as well, and am on metformin. I have heard it work wonders with some people, I guess we are just not them.

Personally I would look into Chateberry (vitex), false unicorn, and other herbs.

Green tea has caffiene, and you should avoid caffiene when trying to conceive.

Now everyone can cure infertility using this natural remedy http://pregnancyhelps.info
infertility can run in the family and one of the first things the doctor asks you when you go to a fertility clinic is your family history regarding cases of infertility or other reproductive issues.
If infertility is caused by genetic disorder then it's not unusual that one of the kids (your mom) doesn't have it and another does (your aunt).
two months of trying is still to early to be concerned about the fact that you might be infertile and it's also quite early to go to a fertility specialist. Go to a regular Obgyb to get a closer insight and see what ways there are are to improve your fertility rate.
Also remove alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes from your life because they might influence your chances too. Stress is also a risk factor when it comes to infertility.

I would 1st purchase an ovulation kit to find out exactly when I ovulate. After I find out ovulation days I would have sex on those days. If nothing happens then I would see my doctor and maybe discuss Clomid to help you ovulate. A low dosage because it's not good on your ovaries. (I had some low abdominal pain). If nothing after that cycle I would ask the doctor to order you a HSG test to look at your fallopian tubes. ( I just found out mine were block). From the all the extra testing Fibroid, Estrogen etc. Get a semen analysis for your partner because us ladies always think it's us but not all the time. After all that is done they will definitely have some type of explanation for the infertility. (I am undergoing IVF).

When you can't get pregnant, and things look good from the outside, it can be extremely frustrating.
The first thing to consider is how long have you been trying. About 80% of couples will get pregnant after six months of trying, and about 90% will be pregnant after 12 months of trying to get pregnant. Anyway this is a great methid to get pregnant fast https://tr.im/a276e

Uterine fibroids are usually not dangerous, but can cause immense discomfort and lead to complications like anemia from heavy blood loss. In rare cases, they may cause complications that affect pregnancy.

In cases where there are no symptoms, treatment may not be necessary. However, proper diagnosis and treatment may be required if your symptoms are severe or causing complications. Along with conventional treatment, you can try some natural home remedies. Read here https://tr.im/g5RwF

You should start by not wanting to get pregnant, just have sex everyday or every other day and don't think about getting pregnant, just have fun with your partner. Get more useful information and guides to get pregnant herehttps://tr.im/fijzh
after sex-put a pillow under your butt or prop your feet up on the wall so your pelvis is tilted
eat healthy
back off caffiene
workout, even if its just a 20 minute walk a day, be active.

PCOS runs in my family along with a slew of other fertiity issues. Thankfully I haven't had any problems, but my sister has. She had been put on a high protein, low carb diet by her OB/GYN and it had up her hormone levels significantly and was able to get pregnant. Ask your doctor if this might be helpful for you.
