Can anyone give me tips on taking great pictures for my ebay products.
I will be selling small stuff like leather purses and bracelets.
I want to know stuff like lighting, what kind of material to use as background.
I want to make it look as proffessional as possible.
thank you in advance.

I sell small items & kids clothes. One thing I find is to take the picture in the day with natural lighting. Plain contrast background. Use a good digital camera.
I try & take every angle to show more of the item. Lots of close up detail. I use Auctiva @ auctiva.com a free host for e-bay. You can put as many pix as you want with no additional charge. That seems to help sell the item. And look more professional.
good luck & happy e-baying

You can buy photo tent and lighting kits from $100 and up from camera stores like Ritz Camera - some people even sell them on eBay. Use a really good digital camera. Goodluck!
